Humanely raised Products
All our animals are raised with indoor/outdoor access, pasture grazing, and treated humanely at all stages of life and production. We never use hormones or chemicals to enhance production. We like knowing where out food comes from, but can’t always afford certified products in the grocery store. So we raise some of our own and are happy to share our products. Know that when you purchase eggs, honey, goats, herbs, etc, we commit ourselves as responsible stewards of the land and of the animals in our care.

Our Products
Duck Eggs
There IS a difference between duck and chicken eggs. Duck eggs are larger, have a thicker shell so they keep longer, and have larger, richer yolks. SOme people feel the taste is also richer, more earthy, others can’t tell the difference. We think they are DELICIOUS and are wonder for baking. My favorite is hard to medium boiled. I just can’t go back!
